  北京时间8月26日下午消息 亚洲股市周一大多收高，大中华地区股市表现相对更好。上周五公布的美国住房销量数据不及预期，令一些人猜测美联储可能会推迟削减债券购买规模开始的时机，受大宗商品价格上涨带动，资源股走强。
上证综合指数上涨了1.84%,香港恒生指数上涨了0.74%.部分大陆企业公布的财报好于预期。
澳大利亚标普/ASX 200指数上涨了0.23%,韩国综合股价指数上涨了0.95%,日本日经指数下跌了0.18%.
Rivkin Securities分析师Rivkin Securities表示， 在上周五，坏消息就是好消息的理论再次被证实，当日公布的新屋销量数据不及预期。
他表示， 由于在9月底美联储公开市场委员会下次会议召开前人们不再担心量化宽松政策的退出问题，澳大利亚股市可能将向历史新高攀升，投资者再次寻找逢低买进良机。
由于7月份住房销量不及预期，美国股市上周五收高，黄金与原油期货也有所上涨。
法国农业信贷银行全球市场研究部主管Mitul Kotecha表示，预计迷雾在本周并不会被驱除，因为杰克逊霍尔研讨会上美联储官员的讲话相互矛盾。
Kotecha表示， 然而其次债券收益率从高点的回落将继续有助于市场保持平静，投资者的风险偏好有所提高。
在亚洲股市，黄金股Newcrest Mining在悉尼上涨了4.90%,Kingsgate Consolidated上涨了6.04%.韩国锌业在首尔上涨了5.26%,紫金矿业在香港上涨了3.26%,在上海上涨了2.03%.
能源板块中，Inpex在东京上涨了0.46%,昆仑能源在香港上涨了1.12%,Santos在悉尼上涨了1.24%.
澳大利亚Woodside Petroleum除权后下跌了1.07%.
中国建设银行在香港上涨了0.86%,在上海上涨了1.17%.该公司周末报告上半年利润同比增长了13%.
中国石化在香港上涨了2.10%,在上海上涨了1.61%.该公司上半年利润增长24%.
神华能源在香港上涨4.09%,在上海上涨1.58%,该公司上半年利润同比出现下降。
比亚迪在香港下跌了8.99%,尽管该公司上半年利润大幅增长。这一电池与电动汽车制造商预计第三季度业务将会疲软。亿万富翁巴菲特持有该公司股份。
日本地产股有所上涨，据《日本经济新闻》周五报道，受惠于政府刺激计划，日本房地产已显现出复苏迹象，此外，购房者也寻求在明年4月消费税上涨之前出手。
三井不动产上涨了0.97%,三菱地产上涨了0.96%.
