中文版的，只有05年中国银行翻译的，建议还是看英文版的，最新的应该是2008的，将于11月份开始实行。

The Standards Release Guide 2009 (SRG 2009) and the Message Format Validation Rules (MFVR 2009) describe the changes to the Standards MTs effective as of 21 November 2009, the scheduled release date on FIN.
The main highlights of the SRG 2009 include the following changes:
Category 1:
MT 101, 102, 102+, 103, and 103+, stricter validation on field 50F
MT 106 and 121, removed as they are no longer used by the community
Category 2:
MT 202 COV and 205 COV, new messages that allow the identification of parties involved in transactions when the financial institution transfer provides cover for an underlying customer credit transfer
MT 206, removed as it is no longer used by the community
MT 210, stricter validation on field 50F
Category 9:
MT 910, stricter validation on field 50F
MT 960, 961, 962, 963, 964, 965, 966 and 967, Bilateral Exchange Messages removed
NOTE: MT 597 is documented separately. Details will be available early in 2009. It is a technical message that contains multiple securities reporting messages and can only be used in a Message User Group.
