Credit Team Manager, VPo The candidate needs to have above ten years’ industry experience in IB IT, among which at least four years in fixed income IT projects.o Knowledge and ability to apply architecture principles, concepts, practices, methodologies and framework to development projects. o Leadership skills, able to provide direction to numerous and diverse teams within and outside immediate sphere of control, experience of matrix-based management; experienced and knowledgeable in development and support financial applications on multiple platforms, expert level skills and knowledge in one of C#, Java or C++/Co Experience working in an offshore development centre and/or management of an off-shore development team from a business centre
o   Require 5+ years experience as an Equities technology leader to build this establishment from scratch
o   Will face off directly with regional counterparts and stakeholders, promoting the location strategy of Shanghai and ensuring the consistent delivery of Front Office Equities of the highest quality.
o   Mandarin communication skills will be a plus, but is not a must.
